Poem -

Drowning

You told me to cry You an ocean whenever I needed to. You told me You’d swim through the entire sea just to be with me.. to be the sun to dry up all my tears, but You didn’t even realize the hurricane that You created increasing my waves into a deadly force to reckon with where only time will tell if we would survive.. would the beauty of the sun ever come out to play?
