Dusty tomes and dilapidated binds
Lost in reading as time unwinds
Poems from bardβs writ
Where reality must acquit.
Making way for kings and queens
Greek tales and flying machines
History and forgotten tomes
Adventures with Sherlock Holmes
Alchemy and demonology rite
Phasing of the moon at midnight
Superior minds a terrible waste
Without words embraced
Books and baubles kept
In a realm fantasy swept
Along the ides of March
Glorified on pages starch

I have never been accused of being psychotic....though I suppose it is fitting I do like to write a good murder or two...

Yesterdays Bibles are today's forgotten treasures, crying between each page for the want of a friend. They sit in gloom's loneliness, gathering dust. Β Shakespeare replaced by J.K. Rawlings. Β Dante replaced by James Patterson. Β The Illiad replaced by Star Wars. Β Beware of the Ides of March, for that will be the date of "Fahrenheit 451".
