Dwell, D-well, Well
To dwell is a painful feeling, overwhelming thoughts, not very appealing.
Unless you understand the mental tiredness this causes, you cannot appreciate the mind, it pauses.
Anxiety, OCD, depression, recipes for disaster, the dark cloud hanging over you, it's your master.
But remember this on your dark down days, you have made it this far your almost through the maze.
So when those days strike and hit you out of the blue, don't worry, you've had worse days and will come through.
The strongest people are not the wealthiest, the strongest people seek the therapist.
It's a constant battle with yourself and your never alone, from your own thoughts and feelings but it's healthy to moan!
Seek the help, don't be afraid, talking and venting can make those feelings fade.
So I'll leave you with this, words of the wise rabbit, another day will break and so will your habits.
Be happy! Be kind! Don't dwell leave that behind!
