Dying Kiss (Inspired by Adele: “Do You Remember”)

Search a dying kiss; and grope a memory, bliss. We hitched
The music; and walked the keel: so fickle; and so partial.
The birds would dance; and frogs would smile. Our knot:
Untied; but please remember—an all night love; and now

A lover—a burning flower; and log the pain—a wealth of
Memories; and line to cloud—a yogic light. The pier—so
Grey; and white rays—streak coal dreams; and trinket tears—
A pile of dead rivers; and rudders—geared for hell. Remember

Privy vows; and passion cries; and mountain hikes; and all
Night candles. Our ship: toppled by a glacier; and what the
Love—a dying kiss—a living grief; and now a lover—a
Fallen dream. Such a squall: a storm of fire; and so many
Swamps. Remember the fey of streams: the bliss of wings;
And cast an anchor; and remember love.
