Embodiment

I am the dream from which we wake,
I am the harsh in winters breeze.
I am the quiver in the tremor that shakes,
I am the roots beneath the trees.

I am the lightening in savage skies,
I am the tranquil sunset.
I am the valley through the mountainside,
I am the life that embodies it.

I am the beauty of nature in time,
I am the belly of the vast blue deep.
I am emotion and love sublime.
I am the memories in which we keep.

I am the strength of humankind,
I am the first kiss and the last.
I am the weakness of those in kind,
I am the present and the past.

I am the terrain beneath the sky,
I am the air all around,
I am the instinct to survive,
I am the chord of nature’s sound.

I am all in everything that is,
I am the never-ending question.
I am the reality that exists,
I am all in creation.
