Embrace The Fear
When you've blown all engines at a steep take offΒ
When you've spent too long getting your rocks off
Spent all day in the water
Now you're in a rip tide
Now you pray...
Dump your fuel
Then see how far your busted wings can glide
Been outside the box for so long
You've forgotten what it's like to be on the inside
Everything's so messed up
And out of orderΒ
Better check the statusΒ
Of the flight deck recorder
Where there were blue skies
Now thunderstorms rage
An equation balancing...
Of excess and age
Deploy the flaps and landing gear...
Assume the position, embrace the fear
