Poem -

EMPTY

I am
EMPTY
growing
up
I always
felt your
presence
guidance

Yet now
I feel
alone

Maybe
it was
me
who
walked
away

I know
as a
teen
everyone
thought
I was the
one who
would
do
great
things

I believe
now
they
were wrong

Possibly
it was
my arrogance
or
the loss
of my
child like
faith
that eroded
with
secularism

All
I can say
NOW
regardless
of my fate
I am broken
humbled
Knowing
I can do
nothing
without
a higher
power
breathing
His
breath
within
me

My Spiritual
Vessel
is limped
Handicapped
I am SAYING
I am sorry
I ask
your forgiveness

Can you do anything
with
this?

Hi Greg,

i really like your writing style bro ?
your clarity of thoughts is commendable.
Arrogance and biased attitute can ofcourse weaken our relationship with the Almighty.
This humble apology and acceptance blossoms the beautiful soul that craves to shine but gets overshadowed with negative aura.
loved it ?
Regards ?
