Oh our precious little boy, boys, Christmas time again is near;
Another very lonely one, with you both no longer here!
It used to be so joyous, your stockings hanging high;
But now, they both are empty, and all we do is cry!

Four years ago we were together, the last one that we shared;
But less than two months later, our Souls were torn and pared!
For you sailed away dear Nico, on a dreary Winter’s night;
Which left only baby Cody, for us to hold so tight!

Then two and one half years later, he left, and joined you too;
Now instead of having white ones, our Christmas’s are blue!
We used to sing the carols, with our Angels by our side;
But now, we’ve lost that spirit, your departures it denies!
