Empty Truth

Stagnant water fills the vase

Head swims still, mindless gaze

Trained to feel empty words

Fly to hell, my wingless bird

Smokey sick, a weeping shame

Lost and fought the endless game

Condemned at the high brass gate

To cry, to die, the only fate

Mighty pillars of pure mint white

Shadeless colours lost in light

Darkness calls and screams my name

Vanishes, ignites, a brilliant flame

End of time, end of sight

Wind has gone my flaccid kite

Nothing lives, shines or dies

Wasted all these years with lies.
