I apologise for my presence

I really should not be

inhabiting this space

as could be better filled you see

Just ignore me

for I have little worth

in fact I'm lower

than the worms beneath the earth

A nuisance that's for sure

I'd like to disappear

like some unwanted pest

it's best if I'm not here

So don't be nice

I'll just feel worse

for if you befriend me

you'll catch my curse

In thick despair

with guilty shame

as if all wrongs

I am to blame

It's time to go

the trolls are right

the only way to please the world

is with my final goodnight
