Poem -

Even You

Even You

They all thought I was insane,
That there was no hope.

I was a lost cause.

Then you came,
you knew that I wasn't crazy.

Even after everything they told you.
You still listened to me.

I wasn't used to that.
You know, people caring.

You took the time to learn that I wasn't crazy,
only... broken.

You said you were broken too,
I couldn't believe you.

You were too perfect,
too... too pure.

Of course if I had listened to you,
I would have noticed.

The yelling, the screeching.
It was enough to drive anyone insane.

Even you.
