Extra thought needed next time ?

Be very cautious how you pick things up
Do not be an idiot like me 
Coz yesterday, in the morning
Was nothing to bother me

But I did my chores then I went to my car
I opened the door a little ajar

Without another thought I grabbed something out
Passers by got a fright as I did shout

My back went in spasm
Different to before
Dont know what I did
But crikey me it is sore

Guess I must have twisted it
But then again you never think
One can ‘put it out’
In a moments blink

So a word of advice, if you are twisting around
Think what you are doing,
Bend your knees 
Then it should be safe and sound
