Eyes of Brown

I ponder brown eyes: such aloof brown eyes; and capture
Light, an oil grip; and rupture souls, a glinted smile; and
Sail a kiss, a color fey; and ache the pain, a tunnel
Green; for novice love, a swaying wind: a drifting ship:
A nautic wave. Infuse a thought, a subtle scent; and swing
The moon, a purple star; and feel the voice, the stir of
Love; and cut the fleece, an aqua ear; and gait the sun, an
Angel’s eyes: a touch of grey: a kettle warm; and live the
Love, a winter wild: a cave of heat: a quilt and gown.  Â
Awake the heart, the flame of song; and climb a cloud—
Adrift the night; and wings of gold, a lyre soft: a mountain
Glade, a soul of dreams; and float the dance, a sunny rain:
A field of crops: a burst of streams; and mystic love, a magic
Ring: the mint of leafs, a burning seam.Â
