Poem -

Failure

I failed today;

oh how I wish

I could fall onto the ground

and with my tears grow

a batch of sublime wildflowers.

They may cover my riddled body,

with pulchritudinous petals-

and bewitching smells-

and make me into something significant.

And the thorns may sting-

and my skin may burn-

but I will take the pain to know

I have angelically assimilated.

They would shape me in awe,

and twirl around my spine.

I would fade into the land,

and finally be apart of something grand.

And mind wouldn't matter-

nor body-

nor sense.

Only my spirit would be-

for I would finally be free.
