FAIR LADY (Shakespearean Sonnet)

Fair Lady thou hast an inconstant, flighty heart!
Tis unfair that you coyly tease me with your lips
To cause my hopes to rise; your womanly art
Worked to dangle my soul by your fingertips!
I’m betwixt heaven and hell wanting you!
My passion you have inflamed completely!
Fair Lady don’t deny your love or bid me adieu,
Only give to me a glance, smile at me sweetly!
I would propose a union under sunny skies,
Declare my devotion before all witnesses!
Fair Lady say “yes” to me with breathless sighs
And we shall seal the agreement with ardent kisses!
That day you made me a contented man my wife!
I’ll love you from breath to breath all of my life!

Valeria Eleby,
The poem ends in a romantic touch, which I love like anything, especially,  " I’ll love you from breath to breath all of my life! " Well crafted. My applause to the Poetess.
