Fairy tree.

He wasn't afraid of the fairies, they coated his lips in dust, gave his heart great courage to love and remain in depths of trust
They come to find in winter, a fireplace warm with light, and slept within his comfort the hours dark by night
he wasn't alone is sorrows form, they gave him strength to hold and withstand
And in the light of fairy magic, they're language
He Could understand
They sang him songs of reminder, ones which gave him loving hope
And placed a smile upon his face, the times that he did mope
A friendship of a stranger kind, one that many could not see
The love and comfort of his foe , the kingdom
Fairy tree.

Brilliantly written, Deano! I am very familiar with fairy trees and rings. I live across from a church that was built on a fairy ring, as they were building, the walls came down twice, before remaining to stand and every priest that lives in the adjacent parochial house dies of the same disease.
Hi sweetheart , wow.. that's so unfortunate for the priests :(
thank you for sharing that with me xoxo much love Deano xo
