Poem -

fallen hero's

fallen hero's

The longest days the shortest nights

The horrid sights and the blinding lights

They supported our fight

These hero's of war

They fought to give us more

There natures were reviled

at Flanders field

With many destiny's entwined

We share a poppy to keep them in mind

Their lives are a trace to a graceful place

Our poppies are our pride

To those soldiers who died

Through the harsh conditions

And life changing missions

They marched on

The harsh sounds

The shatters through earths ground

Our soldiers hearts so profound

With a life in flame

But no name for there fame

Their history deserves to remain `

A day for them to glow

For the bravery they show

The second Sunday of November

Is to remember

For doing our country proud

I bow

As they lay beneath the sky's they fought by

I'll wear my poppy with pride

A men to the soldiers who died
