" FAREWELL MY LOVE "

It began with such delightful bantering
Like two souls reuniting from years of meandering
Searching for one another and suddenly finding
The smell of Lilac's ever reminding
That Love can pass through telephone lines
And in a matter of months we were magically entwined
Through clouds of familiarity so powerfully embraced
We were lost far above the entire human race
There was never such a Love in my life
Ever......

But God had a plan for us to share a divine kiss
Not with each other but with those who need to know Him
The magic we felt will bind us forever
And in the years to come we'll spread Love wherever
For in our hearts we know that Love has a plan
And even if we don't spread this truth together again
At least we'll be spreading it's power given us from above
And in my heart of hearts, my most difficult chore is this
Farewell my Love.....
