Poem -
A Father To Be
Me and my girlfriend
Are as happy as can be
We're having a baby
A family of three
My life is much better
With my love and our litter
But soon in need of a baby sitter
There all I could ask for
And all I would need
For three is a family
My family to be
I thank god for this gift
For a life such as this
I thank you my darling
For this Christmas gift
My prayers have been answered
And dreams have been met
I would say its a boy
If I was to bet
I would hold them so close
And keep them both near
I will look after my family
And keep them from fear
It can't get much better
My babies and me
It can't get much better
For a father to be

I have a beautiful little girl who is a right character . It's funny looking back at the time as you said .
