Fettered Liberties

I can’t control you; thus, you’re controlling; and I can’t see

You; thus, you’re hiding; and you don’t see me; thus, you’re

Callous; and you don’t feel me; thus, you’re cold; and I live

Fierce; and thus, you’re fierce. What is such reflection?  It’s

Built upon consensus: it’s the best we have; and the

Exception proves the rule; thus, the exception is pigeon

Holed; and innovation is fettered, chained to freedom: the

Freedom of precepts. There’s little room for nature/nurture.

There’s little room for circumstance; for the masses fit the

Rule: if not, it’s resistance. Thus, there’s an ideal: it breathes:

Comply or fail therapy; “but we’re not doing therapy; and

Thus, it’s personal.” “No, we’re doing therapy: You were just

Unaware.” I call this a cop out. It’s oil for a roof. It’s water

For gas. It’s a way of attaining carte blanche. It’s cruel.
