Final Jeopardy Category- Television Answer- The Greatest Game Show Host In History Question- Who Is Alex Trebek?

For almost now four decades, he has brought his wit and mirth;
As the host of TV’s Jeopardy, the greatest show on Earth!
But last year he got some bad news, a cancer in him found;
The deadly Pancreatic, yet he vowed to hold his ground!
.
For months he went through chemo, but never missed a show;
A Pancreatic Pugilist, said, “Soon I’ll it KO”!
We watched him fight so bravely, seemingly winning the title bout;
Looking sharp and jabbing successfully, power punches to it’s snout!
.
But two weeks ago the tide turned, and with a vicious uppercut;
His opponent knocked him senseless, threw a punch into his gut!
They carried him to his corner, revived, but very weak;
He went home to spend his last days, his legacy to seek!
.
With his family all around him, they celebrated his amazing life;
Still with his sense of humor, alleviating their strife!
His last day he sat by the Pacific, on a swing, till weak he grew;
Then he took his final journey, as his family cried “We love you”!
.
.
Goodbye dear Alex
You join your fans in Heaven
As their Sacred Host
