Finding Home

Is this the feeling I have searched for ?

It is not recognizable from any before

Is this love that I have found with you ?

I experience emotions fresh and new

They brighten and compliment my day

So it is with vigour I go on my way

Waiting impatiently to see you again

Eager for you to remove lingering pain

For I have not always been so cheerful

At times I have been sad and tearful

Then I felt life had left me on my own

But now I truly sense, I have found home !
