Finding yourself/lessons I've learnt

Finding yourself/lessons I've learnt

Not all that is bad is bad,

Not all that is good is good,

We must try not to be mad,

When at first we are not understood,

When internally we're calm,

It might be stormy outside,

Hold your emotions in your palm,

Your the master of your boat, the Queen of the tide,

Try to smile when you think,

Of the memories you keep,

Holding on painfully will push you to the brink,

So take the first step, leap,

Let go of the things,

That are holding you back,

Find your wings,

And into life you will relax.
