A Fish Tail

There is a country man who takes his city cousin out for his first fishing trip.
So these two men are out on the water sitting in a boat, with their fishing line in the water.  When all of a sudden the city man gets his first fish on his line!   So while he is excitedly reeling in his catch, his country cousin has a fishing net in hand ready to scoop the fish out of the water.   So as the fish services next to the boat, the city man asks his cousin what kind of fish he has just caught? As the country man is trying to scoop the fish out of the water.  Before the country man could answer his cousin, the fish leap out of the water and slap the city man right in his eye with it's tail, With a amazement in his voice
the country man replied ,"You just caught a Sockeye Salmon!"
