Flame inside your heart.

I pray that you get out of bed today and in some way find delight,  I know you struggled with your thoughts when you turned out the light

Nights can be the loneliest time, we have much time to think, and battles that we face ahead they trick us to think that we may sink

Get up and get showered,  clean clothes and comb your hair,  the day is new and inviting and god is always there

Find some peace in your reflection,  you've come so far
I do believe,  and all the things that life can offer,  I know you shall achive 

Just put on your shoes and go for a walk, let nature nurture your internal soul, find the things that bring much beauty 
And fill that empty hole

Be so proud to be alive each breath you have for granted not, and piece by piece then you shall find love fills up every slot
