When Trees Attack

When Trees Attack

(circa the early 1970's)

Dad went trout fishing with a buddy.

Buddy says,

“Bill,  move to the fishing hole

25 feet upstream.”

Dad  moves and

a large Oak Tree falls

EXACTLY

where Dad had previously been fishing.

Had Dad not heeded his buddies suggestion,

he would have been

crushed,
compressed,
distorted,
smashed,
pounded,

flattened as a pancake.

Life passes quickly.
Appreciate the small blessings.
Enjoy every day……

Always put syrup on
your pancakes
with gratitude.
