Fly Maria Fly

Fly Maria Fly

“Fly Maria Fly”

I grasped her mane tightly

And closed my eyes

For she was old

And About to die

I hopped on her back

She began to fly

To heaven we were headed

I started to cry

I glanced around

And there was a light

Something unrecognizable

Something very bright

The mare slowed down

I was still crying

She started galloping

We were not flying

I looked down

The ground was moving fast

There was a golden Gate

I then hopped off agast

Then the Brightest light Approach

Could it be

It got closer

And I couldn’t see

And then I could see

For it was the Lord

My horse and I were petrified

When he greeted us with the sword

We now live in Heaven

Walking the streets of gold

No Sorrow Here Because

We’ll never get old

For my First Horse , Best Horse:

Maria
