Follow the rules
Here we go again another lockdown,
Till December 2nd he said,
Guidelines same as before,
Just for a month this time,
Could be more !!!!
Some must work, they need to for us,
Will everyone follow the rules?,
Probably not,
It's simple stay at home, stay safe,
Things will never be the same again,
Some complain say "it's just the flu",
A vaccine may be years away,
But we may beat it yet if we follow the rules.
Christmas is looming,
Will we be able to celebrate it?,
Know body really knows,
People still getting sick some dying,
Is alarming.
Wash your hands,
Wear a mask,
Sanitize,
Keep 2m distance,
And stay at home it's not hard to follow.
Furlough has been extended till march,
What does that mean?,
Will Christmas banned?,
Will lockdown extend?,
Anyone can catch this it doesnt discriminate,
Just follow the rules.

A fabulous awareness write, Tracy. Who knows how long this lockdown will be. Hopefully everyone will heed the rules but something tells me not this time; this time people will be more willing to flout them. Last time the roads were pretty clear, this time they seem as busy as normal. Last time the kids were all home, this time they are at school and they meet up in the playgrounds and on the greens after school. Maybe it is just round my way. We should all do what we can. This virus is very nasty. It is not just like the flu. And you CAN catch it more than once. It has mutated god knows how many times.

I found last time people where flouting the rules or twisting them to suit themselves the one that really made my eyes roll was "you can drive to excersise as long as your drive is not longer than your excersise" I mean !!!! I said in april we will be in lockdown come christmas. As a vunrable I was isolated last time and living in a village even more so yet people still drove here to walk their dogs. X
