Food Chain

Food Chain
Run little bunnykins
The farmer has his gun
He is out a-hunting
For to eat a rabbit bun
Jump clicky grasshopper
There are predators near
Spiders & snakes
Are hungry I fear
Swing hairy monkey
Keep high in your tree
The crocodiles below you
Are hungry for their tea
Scuttle tiny mousey
Get in the smallest gap
Coz if she sees you in her kitchen
She will catch you in her trap
Prance pretty roe deer
Hide behind that tree
Keep well hiddenÂ
from the hungry coyote
Sprint on graceful giraffe
Faster than a train
Sneaking up & watching you
Is a lions mane
Scamper away to safety
In your hole Vole
The wise old owl
Is above you on a pole
Swim silver salmon
You are a very tasty tea
Mr Fisherman will catch youÂ
in his net just for me
Its a fact of life
& its just a food chain
Animals eat animals
They do not die in vain

Yep Jill...so true, the beauty of this world is just a smokescreen hiding great ugliness. If it was up to me we would all eat....grass???
