‘Food for thought’

I am pleased with my pleasurable poetic verses
writing about everything that is in my life
tho I am nothing out-of-the-ordinary
Just a ‘used-to-be’ farmer’s wife
Mind you I find so much to write about even tho I don’t go far
Yet every now and then I travel to and fro driving in my car
But I listen to the local stories
and I watch the world wide news
I try my utmost to mix fiction and reality betwixt the content that I choose

This is something that I started not so long ago
I didn’t realise that I could ever be a poetess
Haha well how was I to know ?
As I sit tapping on text with my smart phone in my hand
Conjuring up creativity from amidst my imagionation’s demand
It is absolutely marvellous
“Have I told you this before ?”
If so well I appologise for becoming such a bore
My memory isn’t as sharp as it used to be and alas every now and again it challenges little old me

I appreciate all you readers out there who send me comments and emails
After I have given you ‘Food for thought’ glancing through my latest tales
In our wondrous world of what is next and uncertainty
My mindfulness of visualisation stimulates me you see
Well tata for now I really have to go
my spouse and I are redecorating our living room just incase you didn’t know
Our wallpaper finally arrived today it came with the post
So we are away on an errand to pick some carpet from a shop on the coast
