FOOL ON THE HILL

Most of
Society
for the most
part
continues
to
remain
ignorant
of the meaning
behind
"The Fool On The Hill"
The song was
written to
acknowledge
the voices
of prophets
who cry
for equality
and justice
of the oppressed
Leaders who
dare
for Social Change
The song was written
during a social revolution
Today
The Fool continues
to stand on the Hill
the man with a thousand voices
with the World
not wanting to know
him as it continues
to spin....
For it is far easier
to kill the messenger
than to
acknowledge the
need for change
