Fools to Believe

Fools to Believe

Fools to believe...

wonders what
one would ever achieve.

Struggles to think
really, truly
believe.

Each one,
one of us,
has within
a glowing spirit
the rest of the herdΒ
sees as a sin.

Fools to believe
there is no sin
journey on and overcome,
what might have been.Β

Fools to believe
stumble on
on their own,

yet watched as they go,
by all those
pretending to know.

They watch and say,
amongst themselves,

"Fools to believe...
one could ever achieve,
on their own,
a folly to concieve,

abandon the tribe,
you will never arrive!"

Fools to believe,
a folly they concieved,

finds that place,
with no ease...
...not a trace,

yet finds that place,
that solemn space,
the tribe,in utter disgrace Β
will never know,

clinging together,
always, not ever,

finding the path,
that glorious aftermath

it took
fools to believe.
