FOREVER IN YOUR HEART (For Greg Etsell)

"Though time was brief and [your] you're feeling pain in your grief..." —"You're" is a contraction for "you are" in this instance, Sparrowsong. The possessive form of was used here instead.
I liked the internal rhyming in this line however.

Thank you sparrowsong it has been a hard week and I was in shock when I heard the news didn't know how to deal with it every day I went to have coffee and David was there every day with are other friends last Friday he pass away in his sleep with nothing wrong with him he walked every day played pickl ball 2 times week so it was shock when we heard, today was the services so I went I wrote poem called OH DAVID  and read it every one loved  it, I gave the poem to  David wife she said she would keep it and frame it thank you for your poem and video it made me cry something I haven't done yet  so thank you peace and love to you

david was kind man very quit at times some times you had look over to see if he was there  he was David was in Vietnam got shot had many medals loved corvettes but never had one I always said you should buy one he said I have no where to store can I put It can I put in your garage I said sure just give me the keys he never bout one now ever time a corvette goes by I will think of David

Sparrowsong thank ones agin for this poem to let know what did with poem that wrote OH DAVID It got read at the wake then gavein to Davids wife and she frame it and put under Mickey Mantle photo who was David favorite Yankees play growing up so I am so honored she did that thank agin peace love to you
