Forever Yours To Keep

I love you my little princess,
and I miss you very much.
I dream of your precious, gorgeous eyes, and you're tender little touch.

Our eyes first met as you were born,
and i knew then straight away,
that i would be forever here,
to watch you grow and play.

You fill my heart with so much love,
that love that is so great,
that powerful sense of fatherhood,
that no one can debate.

I dream about you sleeping and dreaming things i can only wonder.
Just thinking about you're gorgeous face makes my heart and soul grow fonder.

I see us together in the future playing outside in the rain.
No love that i have ever known could ever feel the same.
No suffering or tragedy, nor deeply seated pain,
could ever over shadow the bond that we retain.

And so my little princess,
every time you go to sleep.
