~~FORGIVENESS

Forgiving others is hard sometimes
Especially if we’ve been hurt many times
We cry out to God how can we forgive
When with all this pain we have to live

How can we forget what they have done
Especially when we’re the hurting one
But Lord he’s living living a good life
While I struggle a deserted wife

But she has the kids and will see them grow
While I have children I hardly know
Lord where is my father when I need just him
He’s made a new life and I don’t fit in

Forgiving others is hard sometimes
Until I remember all of My crimes
No one has lived a life without sin
But we must forgive others to let Jesus in

Jesus died for our sins and to set us free
And that means everyone not just me
So if you’ve not forgiven one who’s hurt you
Give them to Jesus and your pain will go too
