Poem -

Fragile

She keeps her feet off the ground and her head from up above

A teardrop forms in her eye, they assume she is about to cry

So fragile they say

She covers her face with her hands

Head down so their beliefs can’t be confirmed

So fragile they say

She walks through the halls head down but standing tall

From within you see her shame, though you’re the one to blame

She is not that one at fault

It is you who should have kept those words locked away in a vault

So fragile they say

So different in every way

Because she stands away from the crowd

Because you don’t know why she always makes no sound

So fragile they say

Well I think she is perfect in every way

When she tears down all you walls

When she walks to a different beat

Your ground not below her feet

How fragile they say

It is you who she defeats

How fragile they say

Not fragile at all in any way
