Poem -

Fragmentary

The days are going by slower.
Something is missing.
It’s a terrible thing to feel.. incomplete.
And who else is to blame but myself.
I didn’t ask the right questions.
Who am I? What does my heart want?
“You should be thankful.”
I am.
 But at what cost?
My happiness.
The world that I’ve created, it
Brings me glory but leaves me empty.

Such a painstaking write.
but I like the fact that something was learned from the experience.

I like the mindfulness in this write. When substance feels hollow. Clever writing x
