Healing isnt as simple as being vulnerable when we speak
Without our intention the energy coming through is weak

It won't suffice to simply open our wounds with words

It will leave emotions and their meanings blurred

We have to delve into the roots of the toxic growth

It's with our body that we have an ever lasting oath

A promise to be completely truthful and present

When we recognise the keys that unlock our decent

Not just our minds but our tissues hold onto the memory

Of every heart breaking pain, wearing them like an accessory 

To release ourselves from our attachments to the past

Talking isn't the only thing that will make our peace last

We must connect with the vessel that allows us to be

The body that creates the separation from you and me
The messages it sends reveals our own divinity
Within it hides the keys of the gates to eternity
