FREIGHT TRAIN

In training this morning with Iyanla VanZant. My idol and my mentor her coaching styles are absolutely phenomenal and she gets to the truth. Every day that I watch her I write new poems I'm so blessed God shares this beautiful Insight with me and always New Perspectives and how to live and do things.

FREIGHT TRAIN

You react in desperation and anger
You react out of a lifetime of abuse
And you walk through life looking through shady windows
And while one hand grasps at life, the other hand holds a noose

You can't admit that you are the freight train 
And you've been speeding through life out of control and off track
Now you're stuck in a tunnel of Darkness 
Because of the emotional balance that you lack

Stand up, slow it down, and change direction 
Set a new course and show the train where to go
You have a life that needs your full attention
Open your eyes and take back the gifts God bestowed...
