Friend (written in 1978 the early years lol )
When I talk to you
I know you understand
And when I ask you for a favor
You gladly say sure I can
And when times are hard
And life's a pain
There you'll be by my side
Just the same
You are me I am you
We are one of a kind
Everything I own is yours
Everything you have is mine
So we'll go through life
Both as one
We'll have bad times
And we'll have fun
But one thing for certain
Even till the end
Knowing deep within my heart
You've been a true friend.

In 1978 I was a child, and more than a year boring... was a disastrous year in my life, absolutely all of those horrible days deserves recall.
