gardens of starlight
grant me the peace of a delicate
flower
the beauty of being
if just but for one hour
let my heart return
to the place that it seeks
let god close his eyes
and in mercy bequeath
a dream in the gardens of starlight
with you
just one more last hug
just to help me get through
let time not exist
for some moments or two
grant me the wish
where not one thing is true
except this,
