GENUINE FRIENDSHIP

A friend is someone that's 
Closer than a brother 
Caring and sharing each other's pain
One who would not deceive the other 
But stick by him, through thick and thin.
Speaking the truth always in love 
Is a friend 
With the interest of the other 
Always at heart.
In sunshine and rain 
In health and in pain 
A friend always remains the same.
A friend is not abusive 
Neither is he selfish 
But strives always 
For love and peace.
When everyone fails 
His love prevails 
And his friendship 
Never ceases.
