Taking a walk every morning to start with weather permitting
taking a walk fresh air sunshine mobility praise GodÂ
I used to do sports when I was young balletÂ
track and field the mile, basketball and so on.
now I am walking getting in better shapeÂ
one day at a time then it adds up to in shape.
