Ghosts of the Forest

Ghosts of the Forest

Once I was a child,

And brave I had to be.

Yes my life was wild,

But that was life for me.

Often we would go running,

To the forest trees.

My brother was cunning,

But we both felt free.

Now we still live here,

Brave as can be.

Look around I'm near,

Can you not see me?

We are very lonely.
