Remember when you use'd to think
That love was just a joke
And having kids, oh my god
The thought would make you choke

To think of boys was really yuk
Your best friend was a girl
Kissing, hugging and gooey stuff
Would cause a girl to hurl

Settling down with a man
Was not the life for you
A single girl you'd swore to stay
And Marry you'd never do

Then as we grow we begin to change
Our thoughts become more wide
Exploring life with open eyes
Our thoughts become our guide

We may not listen all the time
Though most the time we do
Especially when a single thought
