GIVING MY ONE WISH AWAY

 
I was given one wish in my dreams last night 
Given to me by a fairy who was dressed in white
I thought long and hard what my wish shall be
So this is my poem about it let's see if you agree

Money is no good to me I thought to myself 
Remembered the saying health before wealth 
Then I thought I'd give my one wish away 
That would be foolish some would say 

The fairy listened to my very strange request 
Do what you think she said you know best 
I'd like to give my wish to a Ukrainian mother 
In the hope that it gives her strength to recover
