Poem -
THE GOD MAN
Never let me go astray
Forgetting thy gift to me
On a hill far away
With your life you ransom me.
A thorny crown planted deep
Precious was the blood that flow
The KING of Glory left His home
To save my wondering soul.
They stretched him wide
And pierced his side
Highly hung for the world to see.
God's heavenly lamb
In the form of a man
Was crucified between two thieves.
Show me the place
Where you were laid
In the grave where I should of been.
And let me rest
In your loving care
My soon and coming KING.
