Gods And Demons

The volcanic mouths, wilted and disgusting,
Still spew white lies
That speckle a canvas of black secrets.
Viruses of every color crawl up my legs,
They cover me entirely.
They disperse in every direction
Covering everything they can.
All the time trying to convince me
They not only knew the truth,
They were truth
The array of colors over my eyes turned dark.
Fragments of light cast shadows on my brain,
Like pieces of a puzzle, not meant to be put together.
My mind is film,
Burnt with the irrefutable pictures of wisdom.
Dreams reserved for Gods and demons
Shine light through the lucid frames of truth
Casting brilliant images on the black canvas.
And the mouths fall silent.
