Poem -

God's Gallows

Hanging, writhing corpses

Lingering before God

His lying tongue, intolerable voice.Β

Eyes extinguished within darkness.Β

Thirst for life,

Death before me.Β

To travel between eyes,Β

The lying remained alive.Β

A red countryside

Near a little town.Β

The late light, blooming heat,

Not a young child, nor any of the others, left alive.Β
