God's Words

Watch and wait

This day will change everything

Just being able to remain

The strength

To keep going on a empty tank

A heart that doesn't break

Believing when all is blank

Somehow you didn't change

A mind focused on becoming better every day

The darkness of a cave

The worst nightmare anyone could have made

The only thing you claimed

The only reason that gave your eyes a light along your way

The steps that should of stopped a train

You push through like any other day

So what gave you this strength

God gave me all I needed because he knew I was on my way to a new place

A place God made for the ones that believe when none remain

The ones that know how to grow without hope

Even death doesn't scare the ones blessed by God's words

Taking every step for now and ever more

A feeling that can't be hold

It just seems when you open the doors it just grows

A soul that had no home

Now become a soul full of hope

That grows uncontrollable

Knowing God will never let you go

A walk alone

Now becomes a walk being held in God's arms

Lifting all that hurts

Giving good something to fight for

Words that God only knows

God could only say because he's the only one with that praise

That's how I made it on that day

All the steps that should of broke stayed without fray

As God's words gave me more than I can say
